TERMS + CONDITIONS ORDERS Our customer service office is open from 8.30am-5pm, Monday to Friday. Outside of these hours you can place your orders by voicemail, fax or e-mail. in this brochure denotes a pre-order item, subject to lead times. DELIVERIES For customers in Dublin we offer a daily delivery service Monday to Friday. For next day delivery, orders must be placed by 4pm the previous working day. For customers outside Dublin we offer at least two deliveries per week. Please ask your O’Brien Ingredients account manager for your delivery schedule. Orders must be placed by 10am, the previous working day to your scheduled delivery day. We offer free delivery for any order above €250/£215. For orders below this amount a delivery charge will apply. COLLECTIONS Orders can be collected between 2-4pm Monday to Friday.
